Reltio services
Reltio match rules your stewards can read.
We design, tune, and run Reltio for customer, provider, product, and supplier data. Every match rule is tested on your own records before it is allowed to merge anything.
Reltio practice
Datagist on Reltio.
Master data is where our team started. We have connected Reltio to Snowflake, Databricks, and Salesforce, so we design the data model knowing where each golden record will be read next.
A Reltio tenant can go live with match rules no one can explain. The potential match queue grows faster than stewards can clear it. False merges surface months later, when an account in CRM turns out to hold two different companies. Meanwhile each new source takes weeks to onboard.
We label a sample of your records as match or no match, then tune the rules until Reltio agrees with your stewards. Only then do we switch on auto-merge. Sources come on one at a time, with survivorship agreed with each data owner. The configuration lives in source control, so every change gets reviewed.
Reltio work we take on.
One golden record per customer, product, or supplier, and a reason for every merge.
- 01
Reltio data model design
Entity, relationship, and interaction types, attributes, and reference data for customer, provider, product, supplier, and location domains.
- 02
Match and merge tuning
Match rules, comparators, cleansers, and match tokens tuned on a labeled sample. FERN goes live in stages, with false merges checked first.
- 03
Survivorship and golden records
Source ranking, survivorship strategies, and quality rules agreed with data owners, so every attribute has a clear winner.
- 04
Source onboarding and integration
Initial loads and ongoing feeds from CRM, ERP, and third-party reference data, through APIs, events, and the integration tools you already run.
- 05
Hierarchies and affiliations
Account, household, corporate, and provider affiliation hierarchies, modeled as relationships stewards can see and correct.
- 06
Data stewardship
Potential match queues, review workflows, and quality scorecards sized to the team that has to work them.
- 07
Reltio data in the warehouse
Mastered records delivered to Snowflake or Databricks, ready for analytics, AI, and the applications that read them.
- 08
Reltio operations
Releases across tenants, configuration in source control, monitoring, and new work after go-live.

Give us a sample of records and access to your tenant. We run your current match rules against the sample, count the false merges and missed matches, and size the steward queue. If you haven't configured Reltio yet, we run the same test on your source data first.
