Energy & Utilities
Asset and meter data that matches, from the field to the bill.
What makes energy & utilities data different.
A utility’s records span decades of systems: GIS, the asset register, work management, metering, and billing. Smart meters and sensors send far more data than those systems were built to hold. Critical infrastructure rules limit how operational data may leave the OT network.
A transformer has one ID in GIS, another in maintenance, and a third in finance. Smart meter reads are used for billing and little else. Reliability and commission reports are assembled by hand. Plans to move operational data to the cloud keep stalling on security questions nobody owns.
We give each asset, location, and premise one master record that GIS, work management, and billing all reference. Meter and sensor data moves onto a governed platform through pipelines designed with your OT security team, keeping operational and corporate networks apart where NERC CIP requires it. Forecasting and maintenance models run on that data.
Our work in energy & utilities.
Operations, planning, and customer service see the same asset and premise under the same ID.
- 01
Asset and location master data
One record per asset and site that GIS, work management, ERP, and engineering systems all point to.
- 02
Meter and sensor data platforms
AMI, SCADA, and historian data landed on Snowflake or Databricks and kept queryable at interval level.
- 03
Reliability and outage analytics
SAIDI, SAIFI, and work order reporting calculated the same way for operations and the commission.
- 04
Forecasting and predictive maintenance
Load forecasts and failure prediction models with monitoring that tells you when they drift.
- 05
Customer and premise data
Customer, account, and premise records matched across billing, CRM, and field service.
- 06
Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud
Customer service and program enrollment, reading from the mastered customer and premise records.
- 07
Security for operational data
Data flows designed around OT/IT segmentation and NERC CIP, reviewed with your security team before anything moves.
- 08
Platform operations
Monitoring, cost tracking, and support for the platform after go-live.

We take one service territory and match its assets and premises across GIS, work management, and billing. You see where the IDs disagree and how much rework that causes for your crews.
