Datagist is an independent consulting firm and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Reltio Inc.

Certain software agents available for download on the Site ("Community Agents") are provided subject to a separate license agreement presented at the time of download. By downloading a Community Agent, you agree to that license. Key terms include:

• Community Agents are provided AS-IS, with no warranty of any kind
• Datagist LLC provides no technical support, maintenance, or bug fixes for Community Agents
• Datagist LLC's liability in connection with any Community Agent is limited to $100
• You are solely responsible for testing and operating any Community Agent in your environment

DATAGIST LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
