Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use datagist.ai, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or other assistive technology. This statement explains what we do to make that possible and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our commitment

Datagist LLC treats accessibility as part of building the site, not a check at the end. New pages and components are reviewed against the same standard before they go live, and we fix reported problems as a priority.

Conformance status

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Based on our most recent review, datagist.ai is fully conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, meaning the content fully conforms to the standard without exceptions. Content provided by third parties is covered separately under Third-party content.

What we have done

• A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page, and consistent navigation, headings, and landmarks.
• Text and interface colors that meet WCAG contrast requirements in both the light and dark themes.
• A visible focus indicator on every link, button, and form field, kept clear of the sticky header and the cookie banner.
• Click and tap targets of at least 24 by 24 pixels, or spaced so they are easy to hit.
• Layouts that reflow to a 320 pixel wide screen and hold up at 200% zoom and with increased text spacing, without horizontal scrolling.
• Forms with visible labels, autocomplete for personal details, clear error messages linked to each field, and status messages announced to screen readers.
• A cookie preference center that works with a keyboard, traps focus while open, and closes with Escape.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and diagrams; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Motion kept to a minimum and turned off when your device is set to reduce motion.
• The same contact options, email and phone, in the footer of every page.

Compatibility

The site is built with standard HTML, CSS, and a small amount of JavaScript. It is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) and with common assistive technology, including VoiceOver, NVDA, and browser zoom. Older browsers may not display every detail as intended, but content remains available.

Third-party content

• Security check. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It usually runs invisibly, but it is provided by Cloudflare and outside our direct control. If it stops you from submitting a form, email us instead.
• Third-party sites. Links to LinkedIn, Google Maps, and other external sites lead to content we do not control.

How we test

We assess the site ourselves. Every page is scanned with the axe accessibility engine against WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 Level A and AA rules in light, dark, and mobile views, and we run keyboard-only, reflow, text-spacing, and target-size checks, followed by manual review. The site was last reviewed on September 24, 2026.
